If something is missing from my pallet, what happens and how long will it take?

When you receive and unload your pallet, you have up to 1 month to notify us of a missing item. After this time, our After-Sales department might not process your notification.
If some parts are missing, please send us an email to
sav@chargeurplus.fr with the reference of the missing product and your postal address so we can send you the missing part. Requests are dealt with within 24-48 hrs and parts are dispatched within 24-72 hrs (if we have them in stock).
