How long does it take to manufacture the products?

Production deadlines are indicated on the purchase orders. On average, you can expect 6-7 weeks for the mouting kit version, 7-8 weeks for the assemble version.

The deadlines given are just an indication. They can be shortened or extended depending on production. Do not hesitate to contact us for any further information.

How do you unload the truck?

- Our carriers are obliged to deliver you with a tailgate to unload the pallet in front of you.

What if my pallet is damaged upon reception?

If you notice any damage when you receive the pallet, do not hesitate to detail the damage on the carrier’s dispatch note. This is required to be able to use the product guarantee for any damage on the machine. If this is not done, you will be liable for the repair costs.

What do I do if a 19 ton truck cannot access my premises?

This information needs to be given to us beforehand when the order is placed. We will then notify the carrier. They may add an extra charge to be able to deliver the goods to your door.

What is the procedure for delivery?

The carrier will contact you prior to delivery in order to agree a delivery date and time. Delivery is made with a 19 ton truck so you need to make sure it is possible for the truck to access your premises.

What if my pallet is damaged upon reception?

If you notice any damage when you receive the pallet, do not hesitate to detail the damage on the carrier’s dispatch note. This is required to be able to use the product guarantee for any damage on the machine. If this is not done, you will be liable for the repair costs.

In the case of any breakages, what happens?

You just need to send us a few photos of the machine so we can see the damage. We will tell you whether the machine can be repaired or not, and which parts absolutely need to be changed.
Generally, we will send you a quote by email, and as soon as we receive payment, the parts will be dispatched (if we have them in stock)
If damage occurred with “normal” use of the machine, we will be liable for the repair costs and we ask you to send us a photo showing the damage, we will then dispatch the parts within 48-72 hrs.

If something is missing from my pallet, what happens and how long will it take?

When you receive and unload your pallet, you have up to 1 month to notify us of a missing item. After this time, our After-Sales department might not process your notification.
If some parts are missing, please send us an email to sav@goindustry-group.com
with the reference of the missing product and your postal address so we can send you the missing part. Requests are dealt with within 24-48 hrs and parts are dispatched within 24-72 hrs (if we have them in stock).

Do I need to insure my equipment, and how can this be done without the serial number or certificate?

For a mini-tractor, you need at least third-party liability insurance.

To insure your equipment, the insurance company will only need the name and description of the mini excavator. Insurance policies do not cover damage which occurs when the equipment is not used in compliance with the terms and conditions. The manufacturer’s insurance policy does not cover damage occurred as a result of your own personal use of the equipment.

Can Chargeur Plus machines be driven on the road?

Our machines are not approved to be driven on the road. You will need a vehicle registration document with a French certificate of conformity from an association such as DEKRA.

What is the compulsory routine servicing?

The machines need to be lubricated pretty much every time they are used. You also need to check the oil levels regularly. It is important to make sure screws and pins are correctly tightened so that parts of the machine do not fall off or get damaged.

Please refer to the user manual for your machine.

The engine stalls every time my machine moves, what should I do?

If the engine stalls, your security valve is not correctly adjusted. Refer to the product assembly manual and follow the instructions.

How do I purge the hydraulic system?

The machines purge themselves automatically. You just need to start the engine and use the controls, after going back and forth 2 or 3 times, the circuit has automatically filled itself up and you can check the levels again. It is possible that a small amount of oil is dripping from the cap, this is not a problem. Once the level is normalised, this will stop.

Is the equipment CE approved?

The machines built are covered by the CE directive (2006/42/CE) and are provided with a certificate and CE plate (from 28/02/17).

What needs to be done prior to the first use, which oil should I use?

Make sure you check the following:
-engine oil/multiplier (thermal - 15W40/multiplier - 15W40 or transmission)
-the hydraulic oil level (hydraulic oil HV 46)
-lubrication of pins
-check connectors and screws are correctly tightened

Where can we test Chargeur + machines?

Our machines are displayed at our stockists (see the map of stockists).

Depending on the version chosen, what do I have to do myself?

In the kit to be assembled, you just have to assemble the parts. All parts are already drilled and tapped. There is no welding to do. In the already assembled version, machines are delivered ready to use, you therefore have nothing to do yourself.

Can the Puce model be towed by a car?

Yes, it is possible. However, make sure the original wheels are able to go up to 20 km/h. If you choose to take this machine onto the road, it is entirely at your own risk. Please be very careful.

Can an engine be fitted onto this machine?

Yes it is possible, but to do so, the distributor must be changed and you will need to build a bracket to hold the parts.

Why do you deliver Ø18 pins when my tractor has Ø24 pins?

We use small diameter connecting pins on the retro excavator simply because small tractors often have Ø18, this does not stop them from being used on a Ø24 or bigger joint. The connecting pins are only used when the machine is being moved, there is no mechanical resistance here.

What is the purpose of the double-acting pump?

The double-acting pump is an added option for confort and ease of use. With this option, two movements can be made simultaneously thanks to the independent power supply of the two distributors. You will be able to close the bucket and pull the arm at the same time for example.

What is the purpose of the carry over?

The carry over ensures there is constant pressure between the 2 distributors.

Can the retro excavator really be mounted on all tractors?

Yes the retro excavator can really be mounted on all tractors, you just need to have a standard 3-point linkage system and a standard power grip turning at 540 t/min clockwise. If your tractor is not turning clockwise, don’t worry, you just need to turn the pump around or switch the input and output. Remember that the retro excavator is a tractor accessory, it is not dependant on the tractor at all, except for the gimbal.

Where is the oil tank?

The oil tank is located on the central part of the excavator, this saves space and cooling surface.

Why is the arm not in the middle and can I move it to the middle?

During the design phase, we chose to put the arm on the side of the retro excavator so that the user can work more closely and have better visibility of the task in hand. In the standard version, it is not possible to move the arm on the retro excavator.

Is the machine really capable of being used on any surface?

Machines of this type are designed to be used on pretty much any surface. The only ones to avoid are very muddy or sandy surfaces because due to the low under-frame, it could easily get stuck in the ground. To avoid this, you can fix a plate onto the underbody of the machine to prevent it from sinking into the ground. Steep inclines are also to be avoided, our machines are equipped with a sensor on the engine so that the engine cuts out on inclines of over 15%.

How fast can this machine go?

Around 4 km/h, which is a bit slower than walking pace.

Is it possible to boost the power of the machine?

Yes it is possible, to do so you have to change the cylinders on the arms (this is what defines the power of the machine). Be aware that if you do this, the machine warranty will no longer be valid, for both metal parts and general mechanical parts.
